A haunting image of Parnham House-destroyed by fire over the weekend. For those of you that may not know- this is in Beaminster in the South West of England and it's where John Makepeace ran his furniture school for 20 years. Many of the furniture makers that I look up to trained here. By the time I visited John in 2003, the school had closed and the property sold, but meeting him in person and seeing his incredible work was truly inspiring.
