2022. Best described as a grind! We delivered some of the best pieces we've ever delivered. And were involved in some of the most outstanding projects. But it was tough! Delays, material shortages, and conflicting schedules put immense pressure on the workshop. Covid came to WA. We lost valuable production time and lead times became frustratingly long. Thankfully our clients were supremely patient and showed immense understanding. And for that I am extremely grateful. We won in the end, but had to fight hard to get there. I'm looking forward to a different set of cirmstances where we get some control back. Our experience seemed to resonate throughout the industry. But I'm interested to know how it was for those I haven't spoken to or done business with this year.
