    The original design brief from Palassis Architects was for a 4.0m table with legs on the corners that rolled off the top and a minimal aesthetic. The logical approach was to build the top as a torsion box, but to achieve the extreme span the whole structure was engineered with a slight camber to help negate deflection. This piece pushed the boundaries of timber engineering and has become one of our best selling tables. A testament to a minimal aesthetic, achieved through highly technical furniture making.
