Original Design | 2024 The original Araluen desk was designed for a holiday house in Yallingup, Western Australia where the client had commissioned a large Araluen dining table and wanted two smaller versions as desks for their guest bedrooms. Since then we’ve made numerous custom versions including a large walnut desk that went to Sydney and had a devious cable run, built into the torsion box and cored into one of the legs. Another was installed in a level 18 office building in Perth CBD and we developed a detachable leg so the desk fitted within the internal lift. A truly bespoke and highly adaptive desk design.
